As we're investing in our future, traditional meeting rooms are a challenge; being expensive, fixed and full of materials which are difficult or impossible to recycle. Along with this, leases are getting shorter, spaces are changing faster. The meeting room has been one of the few exceptions, until now. Verandas is essentially a kit of parts that can flex and adapt to the evolving needs of any organisation. The framework can grow to almost any size, from an individual pod to a 12 person meeting room and beyond, adapting and flexing in tandem with any team. The high acoustic qualities of each panel means the exterior walls can be activated to form additional work settings like scrum spaces, touchdown zones or even storage areas.

Traditional meeting rooms not only use materials that are impossible or difficult to recycle, but are totally single-use, and when dismantled, the meeting room is simply thrown away. With Verandas, every single element (apart from the acoustic seals) can be reused again, not only reducing wastage, and therefore money, but saving anything from going to landfill.
